Domestic Shipping Policy Shipment processing time All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. Shipping rates & delivery estimates Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery delays can occasionally occur. Because PURTREK is in high demand you may purchase pre-ordered from website stock that is not yet available. (but will know this for sure when making a purchase.)

SHIPPING TO PO BOX IS NOT OPTIMAL AND MAY INCREASE COSTS SIGNIFICANTLY -We can normally not ship to PO Boxes due to the dimensions of poles.Package 38 x 5 x 2.5 Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses from PURTREK.com are normally not allowed. Please use physical/numerical address.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. Customs, Duties, and Taxes My Website (change this) is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). Damages PURTREK is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. International Shipping Policy - We currently do not ship outside the U.S. unless you are willing to pay shipping and duties. Returns Policy Our Return & Refund Policy provides detailed information about options and procedures for returning your order.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, delivery shall be made in accordance with Seller’s shipping policy in effect on the date of shipment. Delivery dates provided by Seller are estimates only. Seller will make reasonable efforts to deliver in accordance with such dates; however, Seller will not be liable for failure to deliver as estimated. Unless otherwise agreed in writing by Seller, Products shall be packaged according to Seller’s standards and practices.
